Could not load file or assembly 'ChilkatDotNet46', or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format.

Resolution

The ChilkatDotNet46.dll in C:\Program Files\ActivePDF\WebGrabber\bin is a 32 bit DLL. Set true for "Enable 32bit application" on application pool. For IIS application pool, this option is disabled as the default.
